Small business owners, and Coinsurers    A couple a days ago, I received the roaster that I ordered from El Milagro Coffee Farm. After unpacking, The first thing I noticed was how well it was built. Made from Stainless Steel, and the heavy duty painted steel ends. The drum made from Stainless is suspended buy bearings in the ends. This thing is built to last. It looks like a miniature professional roaster. This roaster is very easy to use. Even a novice like me, who has only been roasting in a whirly-pop for less than six months can get professional results. If you have any experience in roasting you will roasting like a pro after one or two tries. If you have never roasted the experimental faze will be fun. A simple but versatile little coffee roaster. You control the heat, time and speed of the drum. I used mine on an apartment sized electric stove. And worked like a charm. A gas stove would add more control over the roast. I just tried the roast from the other day. And was pleasantly surprised with the taste, over the whirly pop method. And I know that the roasts will only get better as roaster seasons. It’s so much fun I can’t stop roasting.  A suggestion place on stove and heat roaster to burn off any manufacturing oils and paints before roasting. Which will taint your coffee taste. You may even want to burn a couple of batches in it to help season the roaster. In general. A well built, simple, and versatile roaster.  A must have for the real coffee coinsurer. And a great coffee roaster, for the home roaster who wants an professional result. I highly recommend this roaster for anyone, at any experience level.
