Each drapery pair has a 42" face width, with 4" returns on each side, no overlap - the panels will butt together on your rod, and the length is 108" long.  That means each pair will fully cover your window if your window is up to 42" wide.  If your windows are wider than 42", then each pair can be used as stationary side panels.   The 108" length will accomodate todays higher ceilings.  If your ceilings are lower, you may simply puddle or break the panels on the floor, or you may have them shortened by your local seamstress. The fabric featured on this auction is a fabulous 100% silk tafetta fabric - very high sheen - no slubbing at all!  The most formal of all fabrics.  The color of this tafetta was very hard to capture in a photo.  The fabric close up shot is the most accurate - some of the other shots look a bit blue - but the draperies do not have a blue cast.  They are a soft celadon green with a cast of a light pumpkin/orange at certain angles.  The warp yarns are the orange so they only show at certain angles - they are extremely irridescent!  Because this color was so hard to capture, If you buy these and are not happy with the color, I will take them back for a full refund.  Trust me when I say, these interlined silk tafetta draperies are so magnificent - you will thank me a million times for these incredible draperies.
