It has never been used. This item had some small scratches on the piece on the control panel where it wraps around to the top of the range.  I will describe them below. This item does not retain its factory warranty. The warranty is void. We have plugged in and tested this item and all is working perfectly. Nothing at all is wrong with this item. Cosmetically the entire range is in excellent shape. As stated above there are some scratches on the top where it curves. It is the piece that is connected with the control panel above the knobs. There is no damage other than what is described.
