EACH PIECE OF SOLID MESQUITE WAS HAND PICKED BY THE CRAFTSMAN AND DISCRIMINATE OWNERS, BEFORE THE MAKING OF THIS BEAUTIFUL DINING SET. CUSTOM MADE AND HANDCRAFTED BY A LOCAL ARTISAN. THE TABLE TOP MEASURES 8' X 4' INLAID WITH AUTHENTIC INDAN ARROW HEADS. THEN HAND-RUBBED TO A SMOOTH AS GLASS FINISH.THE PEDISTALS ARE MADE OF TWO MASSIVE SOLID MESQUITE TRUNKS CUT TO PRECISE MEASUREMENTS, CREATING A PERFECTLY BALENCED TABLE TOP. SIX SIDE CHAIRS AND TWO ARM CHAIRS REQUIRED THE SAME CRAFTMANSHIP AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL AS THE TABLE. OVER 800 HUNDRED MAN HOURS WENT INTO THE MAKING OF THIS EXTRAORDINARY DINING SET. Once I have determined that my customer is satisfied with their purchase (thru their feedback to me), I will reciprocate in kind. All insurance claims will be handled by buyer. If item was insured thru Auctiva's insurance program, buyer should contact me and I will supply you with all pertinent information to enable you to file your claim. (You will receive an automatic notice via email of insurance once it is purchased.) I hope that we will not have to do this, as I pack everything very securely as the majority of my feedbacks will strongly attest to. Under NO circumstances, will I refund freight charges. All payments are due within three (3) days of auction ending. Any unpaid items will be relisted and final value fee refund will be requested from EBay. On multiple winning bids, I will honor the "combine winning bids for freight reduction" policy for a period of three (3) days from the date of the original winning bid. If you have won an item and intend to bid on another within the next two (2) consecutive days, please email me and I will delay invoicing until completion of bids on the date you specify as being the day you intend to bid on the subsequent item(s). On combined-bid shipments, I will only ship items together when the weights and sizes warrant doing so. (Ie, I will not ship 50 pounds of delicate glassware in one box.)
