Description
I am selling the rights to this invention. I worked on it for a number of years. It will split plain tap water at very high efficiencys into hydrogen and oxygen with nothing added. Over 100% effieciencys can be achieved with this electrode design. This design has never been used in splitting water before . The buyer will have the rights to patent or sell to a larger company.
