THE SYSTEM WAS specifically designed to control ENERGY CostS, water temp. and SAVE ON BUILDING COSTS. All kits include the EPS panels and fibermat reinforcing fabric (mesh) along with the construction installation manual and CD (view in Windows Media Player), engineering calculations and SPA specifications, setting and excavation plans and wall sectionS. THE KIT INCLUDES EVM COATING (Elastameric Variable Membrane) ROLL-ON/SPRAY-ON INTERIOR FINISH (WHITE). We have an excellent construction and technical consultant available to answer any questions when you begin your project. With this system, you can build the structure yourself and/or contract out work you don't want to do (see items 1-5 below). We provide wall panel system, mesh, & equipment for the kit, but you'll have additional costs. We ususally figure costs associated w/building the structure are to double cost of the kit to calculate the total cost of your finished project, which also includes: 1. excavation2. gravel (which needs to be placed & compacted in excavated area prior to setting panels & again later in the construction phase behind the walls) 3. plastering the foam panels (2 coats of structural plaster w/a polystyrene mesh embedded between the 1st & 2nd coats) and after the panels have been plastered to cure properly you should spray or mist down the panels on both sides for about 5-7 days 4. pour a 4" concrete floor & ringbeam around the pool 5. a small amount of plumbing & electrical is needed6. Applying interior finish The pool wall system is made of polystyrene foam panels 48" tall, 40" long, 4" thick and are numbered & notched for easy assembly in the desired pool design.
