See more about 'Log Home Balcony Railing Deck Rails EASY FIT 36 X 96' Description Log home Railings, Balcony Railings, Deck Railings, Staircase railings This is our new easy fit  version of our panels.  We can produce most all of our panels in this new easy fit  version.  This panel has a formed top hand rail that is 1 3/4 inches wide with a contoured dome on top and smooth tapered edges on the sides.  Please take a look at the second picture showing the end view of the formed hand rail, bottom rail and mounting plate.  It has a 2 X 1 inch rectangular tubing for the bottom rail and a 3/16 X 1 3/4 inch mounting plate on each end.  The end plates have 12 - 1/4 inch counter sunk screw holes making it easy to attach the panel to your upright wooden post.  We have named these easy fit  because with these you simply place them between your up right post that would be spaced 8 feet apart for this particular panel and install the 12 powder coated to match screws into your post. All of our easy fit  panels that are over 5 feet long will also have a center shoe and mount that is welded to the bottom rail.  It can be attached down to your floor which provides additional strength to your railings.  The wooden post and flooring in the picture is there just to help you visualize what the installed panel would look like and is not included with this panel.  We can custom cut any of our panels to fit your needs. The completed overall size of this panel is approximately 96 inches long and 36 inches tall. It is cut from 3/16 thick P&O steel plate which is 50% thicker and than 10ga. sheet metal. The price listed includes black powder coating and free shipping to the lower 48 states.  The free shipping is limited to a commercial address where the panel can be easily unloaded from a truck onto a loading dock.  This panel is too big to go UPS so it will have to go via a truck line.  There is an additional $85 charge for a residential delivery.   I can usually have these ready to ship in about 7 to 10 business days after you have approved the design and full payment has been received.
