ORE.--08' Description 2.3 OUNCES OF BURN  BABY'S-- DRIED MOREL MUSHROOMS FROM THE BLUE MOUNTAINS OF NORTHEASTERN OREGON.  THESE ARE ALL FROM OUR 2008 SEASON. THESE ARE PICKED AFTER A WILD FIRE.   The picture without the baskets is showing you your baby,s which is 4.3 ounces. This would be about TWO PLUS pounds of fresh mushrooms before we dried them. We always weigh our mushrooms before packaging, and add a little extra to make sure you get what you pay for.  I personally like to take my Morels and fry them in butter, with a touch of garlic and pepper. Let them simmer at a low temperature with a lid on pan till cooked. Great with a streak dinner or meat type of dish. WE VACUUM SEAL ALL OUR DRIED PRODUCTS, NO ZIP LOCK BACK HERE. Size of mushrooms will very, from small to smaller. These have been picked in there first couple of days of growing. Making these the freshest, before drying. Wonderful for a breakfast omelet.
